Blackout
Blackout is considered a hex spell, so why does it go through Obsidian Flesh and Spellbreaker???? We beat the team using it but is this a bug and in this case was it exploited? Or is this working as intended. If its working as intended then I wouldn't mind but I'm not sure. SB and OF are supposed to block all spells from being casted on you and blackout is clearly considered a hex "spell".

I think this is better placed in Questions & Answers. Moving and hopefully you'll get the information you need.

I think blackout is a skill. The description is wrong.

Not sure off the top of my head how it is worded in game, but it functions as a touch skill, not a spell.
